Hey there how’s it going thanks for offering this little series of classes I would like to join but the first session at least I don’t think I will make so will have to watch the recording after,
I spent sat and Sunday weekend just gone tiling a big kitchen floor and need to finish next Sat, I didn’t really make any money on the job either it was more of a good will gesture to the new landlord but I think after he saw my progress on Sunday he is suitably impressed I really need the extra cash I’ve got dentist and vehicle mot and a gas bill to pay this week too,
After work all day on my hands and knees tiling I was worn out and although my elbows are already worn out they didn’t feel great
I’ve got some good cbd muscle rub bar from lush which actually really seems to help relieve the pain and I take curcumin and black pepper casuals everyday and some ashwaganda powder,
Anyway yes please put my name down
Ps I did try to make the zoo class last Thursday but by the time I got showered and set up it was 7.03 so I didn’t butt in,
Sorry I had good intentions of joining again
Will see you at some point soon hopefully,
